Why Us.
Instead of expensive demolition and reconstruction, we do the research to utilize what structural capacity is still in the structure, and what it will take to reinforce it to modern standards.
Our projects tend to have quick turnaround, allowing us to respond quickly to new issues and develop solutions within days instead of weeks like other firms.
When You Have Questions,
We Have Answers.
How long does an assessment take?
It always depends, but we can usually be out on-site within a week, and will typically provide initial results in that first meeting. From there we’ll work with the owners and contractors to on what solutions work for them, typically finishing projects within two weeks.
We do offer overtime rates for rush jobs with extremely tight deadlines like real estate deals and stop work orders from code officials.
What is necessary in order to make an appointment?
We need very little once you’re on the schedule! We typically bring all the tools and equipment to do the work required.
However, we’ve found that the best results come when the owner and contractor are present for that initial meeting so we can make sure that everyone is on the same page.
What is the cost?
It depends from job to job, but our initial visit fees typically involve a $500 retainer, covering an initial $300 charge for the first hour, and $100 for every hour worked after that.
With that initial visit, we’ll be able to diagnose the problem and provide in-person results to the best of our abilities. Should further design or documentation be required from there, we will typically negotiate out a flat rate fee for the work based on the scope of the project.
